    Worst eBay experience ever. Purchased a high-value Nikon lens on 12/21/24 with delivery expected by 12/28/24, but tracking only showed "Label Created" and never updated. Seller claimed to have two meetings with FedEx but provided no proof of shipment or updates. Thankfully, eBay's High-Value Claims Team refunded me quickly. Check the seller's neutral/negative feedback—others had similar issues. Seller's vague, unprofessional responses caused unnecessary stress. See attached excuses via photos.

    We are better than what the Customer said. The item was shipped through FedEx Services. It was lost and the Customer lost his patient. We have provided excellent services over the years, We are eBay's Top Rated. We lost our item and received a negative rating, which was a case of double jeopardy.
