Sadly item didn’t arrive even after 2 weeks so ruined Father’s Day seller did however refund but wanted me to purchase another card rather than sending me a replacement which I offered to pay for after it arrived even though it would’ve been late and had already spoiled Father’s Day a refunds good but doesn’t make up for spoiling the day and tracking number didn’t work so Royal Mail can’t say it’s even been sent disappointing 😢

The failure to deliver was down to Royal Mail. You received a notification to say we dispatched on the day you ordered. As Father`s day was about to pass we sent you a refund. You offered to pay for a replacement after it arrived which is impossible to do and we do not send out our goods without payment. A refund gives you the option to re-order if you wish to do so and you could have done and so we have not spoilt your day. This was the failure of Royal Mail and not ourselves.
