Item allegedly arrived but was left in an unsafe place looking at picture I was sent. Consequently I had no idea it had been delivered until it showed as delivered on Ebay. Presuming it was stolen while I was out. Seller is reasonably helpful says he has raised it with the post office. Unfortunately still leaves me £110 out of pocket. Seller only responds if I message him. Not kept in the loop as to how the claim is going.
