I think this was because the packaging wasn’t protective enough. A hard back envelope probably would’ve been better for this item. The seller was helpful and offered to send a replacement which didn’t arrive in time. Having said that if they used better packaging in future I’d still order again as the item was really nice and I thought it was good value. I just fixed the topper with glue in the end
