    I had an issue with one of the items this seller sent me. Unfortunately, the listing didn’t include clear or detailed photos, which would’ve helped set proper expectations. I reached out to discuss a possible solution, like a partial refund, but was met with rudeness instead of a willingness to resolve the problem. Very disappointed with the overall experience. I would recommend asking for additional photos before purchasing or consider buying elsewhere to avoid similar issues.

    from the photo when I shipped put your item. I even paid out of pocket for some of your shipping costs because I refunded you the taxes that you were charged via Ebay and I did not mention that to you because I appreciated your business. I think you are blowing things out of proportion and to be honest with you, you're reaction is quite scary. If you can be this unjust and claim that I am being rude when I simply stated facts then you should self-reflect on how your misunderstood what I said.
