    Won’t be buying from this seller again. Contacted in March with a question that wasn’t answered but went ahead and bought the items. Arrived broken, was packed horribly. Hardly any protection for glass objects. Contacted her on April 8th and still have not heard from her.

    Wow, the seller not only shipped the item late (on the day of alleged arrival it had not yet shipped so I had to ask for it to he shipped), had it described inaccurately (listing said webkinz had unused code, no code was included), but was unprofessional when responding to me reaching out! I would never recommend anyone buy from Kay's Designer Kloset.

    I was told this feedback would be deleted. There is no such thing as an "unused code" on a small plush crocodile plush. Please delete as this is unheard of. I have been a reseller for 9 years and haven't had this problem before. Thank you in advance.

    Contacted seller about item when received item was packed poorly broken in many pieces see photos seller told me contact post office. Contacted her a second time let her know response not acceptable she said do what I had to do. Very unprofessional response basically said sorry about your luck you should not buy any thing from her store. Do you think a 23 dollar refund would hurt her that bad
