    Sadly this item was delivered by Evri to an ‘unknown’ location. When I received a message from Evri saying it had been delivered and it clearly hadn’t I contacted them only to be told my postcode was not associated with that parcel and I should contact the seller. I contacted the seller and I have to say their response has been superb immediately issuing a refund whilst they ‘chase’ Evri. So whilst very disappointed with the outcome, the seller’s customer service has been excellent, 5 stars.

    So sorry for the delay in sending feedback. Unfortunately, the coat rack went missing in transit - the courier claimed to have delivered it but it didn't turn up. I informed the seller, but unfortunately the parcel could not be traced and there was no replacement available. I really cannot fault the way Unique Home Furniture dealt with this - they were quick to launch an inquiry and equally prompt in issuing a refund. So they still get five stars, even though I didn't get my coat rack.

    Supplier quick to respond to issues, however, the unit suffers from some poorly repaired aspects, quite a lot of small but noticeable items. The vendors would not see them, and to strip packing & repack would be a No No, it was well packed, but quality let's it down. Pity as the product is and does what is described. Photos don't really show issues well, additionally, there were gluing issues, but you can't show wobbling
