The outer boxes had some minor damage—likely from the courier—but the radiators themselves were very well packaged with polystyrene and bubble wrap, so there was no damage at all. Good to know this rad has a weight of 50Kg, buying the matching feet was a good decision to provide support for mounting on a triple plasterboard stud wall.. Very accomodating seller, normally delivered within 48 after despatch, I requested a delay in despatch which seller agrees to without hesitation. Excellent communication and responsive. Highly recommended
