    Good communication but delivery appalling for a postage service that buyer pays and not tracked. Ordered 17th delivered 30th on the day I had requested a refund as no-one was able to provide delivery status. This took a full 10 working days for a standard delivery. Royal Mail can be slow but not that slow. If you need items promptly consider elsewhere until they offer a better delivery service.

    Ordered 2 Pegler Terrier 2 Thermostatic radiator valves, the advert says they are in original packaging, and it also says what's included - Thermostatic valve head and valve body, I received 2 valve heads only wrapped up in bubblewrap, I now need to order another from somewhere else for the radiator that is going to be fitted this coming Monday, So thanks for scamming me.

    KSB Yorkshire were excellent. Products were dispatched quickly and when the products were not delivered by Royal Mail they kept on top of the position and rang me to ensure that they had been delivered correctly. Very professional and I have no problem in recommending them as a supplier.
