    This part on my washbasin sheared (after 30years or more!). I tried and tried to source one and was repeatedly offered a whole tap that I could dismantle to obtain this bit. Then I found Windsor Electric and Plumbing and for £3.50 they supplied precisely what I needed. BUT the magic did not end there! Another tiny bit failed. I contacted them and RITA sourced a replacement and sent it out immediately. I was astonished and totally delighted - SO HURRAH for Rita and for this wonderful company.
