    The item never arrived due to the courier claiming the package was bigger than the postage paid by the seller. I have had to wait 12 days to get a refund from ebay and my discount code was not refunded. I feel that the postage caused this issue that in using the cheapest courier evri the service was very poor. Buyers should be wary of buying high value items that then get sent via the cheapest postage. This was a birthday gift for my son and the whole process caused a lot of distress

    I'm truly sorry the guitar didn’t arrive on time. A full refund was issued according to eBay’s lost item policy. The discount code was part of an eBay promotion, not from me. The parcel was correctly paid for, but the courier failed to deliver and declared it lost. I transparently shared all updates and took the full loss. Despite this, I do understand your frustration and wish your son a happy belated birthday. KC
