    Just arrived my new hoover. Very pleased.Please read the description as hoovers aren’t shipped straight way. Only once they have your order do they then go ahead a sort one out. I didn’t read all the way through as was told quite abruptly that I’d obviously not read the whole of the description Which yes was my fault but didn’t expect a reaction when I asked if it had been dispatched yet that I’d obviously not read it

    Yes that's good advice, EVERYBODY reading please read the main description especially the paragraph headed THE BUYING PROCESS,if you don't like what I have to offer please pass me by. abrupt? no, telling a Customer that their question implies they have not read the listing & directing them to the relevant section is just logical first step. MORAL, back to reading the listing in the first place. don't be a baby.
