  The seller mailed a glass plate that cost $20 total in a plastic bag so nobody is surprised that it arrived broken. Then she did not want to refund the money and she told eBay she would give me a shipping label to return it but she never did. So I spent hours and days trying to get this resolved. And finally eBay gave me a shipping label to return the broken plate. She is the worst seller I have dealt with in the last 10 years
