Unfortunately I did not receive the rails due to the usual issues I have with Evri. However, I could not have asked for a better service from this supplier. I was told I would be sent a replacement and true to their word I received it today. How issues are dealt with is usually what separates good and bad suppliers. In this case I could not have asked for more. Excellent service, thank you.

Poorly packaged, bent during courier handling (I assume) & arrived several days late. No update from seller about the delayed delivery, so I contacted them and recieved a rather blunt response. Didn't see much point contacting them regarding the damage after the first engagement with their customer service dept! Won't be using this seller again.

Hi ,This parcel was posted on time but was delayed due to the courier .You did send us a message and we replied to you ,Saying please wait a few days because the tracking says its delayed .We cannot controlll if theres damage in transit .This happens but if we knew about this ,we could have sent you a new item.
