Listed item as ‘New & Sealed’, item I received was very second-hand with signs of repairs, bad soldering, substantially shortened wires and scuff marks from use. Box had been resealed to pass off as new - shockingly dishonest! No apology or communication from seller. Returned to seller, sadly now waiting for ebay case to issue refund. Now claims return was received in a different condition than it was posted in. Highly unscrupulous to say the least! However, thankfully eBay was able to step in and resolve this case. Keep Playing Games has a 30 day returns policy and as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold the customer can expect a full refund. If the item is not as described or faulty they will also receive a refund on return postage costs.
