  The item turned up well packed and looked great quality. The item arrived on time and in perfect condition. I used it once and found that there was a technical problem which was not the vendors fault. They were very quick to respond and went to great lengths until my issue was resolved.

  As described, for the price can't really complain. Charger was not working contacted seller who did reply quickly but they would have to send a replacement from China or I could have a % refund, postage was up to 3weeks so accepted the refund % and bought new charger UK. All sorted now and good response from seller.
