  Cannot recommend doing business with this seller. Slow to refund, slow to ship, poor communication & does not honor agreement. Before ordering, rather than Make an Offer on each individual comic, I asked for combined shipping & an 8% discount on the total purchase. He agreed. I paid Apr 27, he shipped May 1 & partially refunded on May 3. However, before refunding, he initially said he would only refund the excess shipping & would not refund the 8%. Ultimately he did refund approx 4%.
