THE shipping, This part of the transaction that failed. As far as getting the package here it got to the closest fedx warehouse super fast. But getting it to me? Utter fail. I had to drive 40 freaking miles to get the package from a Dollar General. I live in the country they found my mail box . I know FedEx policy is if they attempt delivery and no one is home they will leave a door tag with contact info. They will attempt the delivery three times before sending back to shipper. I don't think they will attempt another delivery the same day as the first but do give you the option to pickup at the local station. Sorry again for the trouble

I contacted Kellyco by chat, called and emailed multiple times and NEVER received a response from them from any of my methods of contact. I would have even been willing to buy the same item new if they would have communicated with me. But they would not answer my requests. I had to open a case with EBay to be able to return the item and receive a refund for my order.
