Unfortunately during transit, the lovely air fryer must have been dropped from a great hight, as it was very badly damaged on arrival. So bad that it was beyond repair. Seller was fantastic and dealt with correspondence immediately. A couple of days later, I received a full refund to include postage costs. I would highly recommend this genuine Ebayer. Thank you
