A scratch & slight dent on the top cover, was not an issue as it is a refurbished 2nd hand machine, but contrary to the description the internal WiFi card was missing although a working USB dongle was plugged in to one of the front ports. To their credit, when I pointed this out they immediately sent me a brand new internal WiFi card which was delivered the next day. Good service, would happily deal with them again. 4* description 5* service.

It was in great condition and excellent value. The appearance was what I expected. I can not fault the sellers careful packaging, VERY, very well packaged for transit - as you can never be too sure how the courier will treat the item ;-) On my experience KelsusIT is highly recommended.
