Due to the size of the monitor purchases they contacted me to confirm detail around the delivery and if it would work for me. Unfortunately the item was delivered damaged which seems to have happened during the delivery itself. KelsusIT handled the situation very professionally and were open to discuss with me what I wanted to do with the monitor given the damage. Eventually they offered to refund me the full price of the monitor. Highly recom.

I was able to install Linux which is the reason why I needed this laptop, and so far nothing out of the ordinary.
