  Great customer service. Had an issue with the runners not fitting, new ones sent out same day. Very friendly and understanding. Packaged very securely, loads of protection on the corners and sides.   Received my vivarium which was a great buy and value for money but unfortunately there was some damage to parts of it due to the delivery process. But again the customer service was prompt and It was sorted withinn24 hours. Would recommend for the customer service alone. 5*

  After a slight hiccup I had, the problem was quickly sorted with a quick 5 minute phone call, the guys was professional and understanding, and a replacement part was sent out to me, can’t thank you guys enough for sorting my issue out

  Hi, we're sorry about that. The vivarium left us in perfect condition, all that damage has been caused by the courier during transit. The vast majority of our items get to our customers undamaged, but on the odd occasion they do damage one, this is the case with all sellers that use couriers to get their items to customers. We can replace all damage panels with new ones.
