I quickly had a replacement sent out the second the courier had confirmed the mess, but had to return it to him. I received it 24hrs later. Product is Ace and the seller is the type to add to your favourite list when they are this good at solving problems that were not their fault, but did it anyway. Packaged very securely, loads of protection on the corners and sides. Easy to put together and customise to your own liking. Overall good quality, easy to wipe clean surfaces.

The vivarium left us in perfect condition, all that damage has been caused by the courier during transit. The vast majority of our items get to our customers undamaged, but on the odd occasion they do damage one, this is the case with all sellers that use couriers to get their items to customers. We can replace all damage panels with new ones.
