Sent a replacement with no problems, very good seller. Only point I would make is, the box packaging is sent in, doesn’t have any padding for protection. Just in a box. I'm afraid we can't legislate for the appalling way your parcel was treated. We have sold 'quite a few' of our kits which are usually very robust. It is a very rare occurrence for one to arrive damaged. The last thing we want is to increase our costs by adding padding and passing on the cost to our customers. Thanks again for your understanding
