    The transaction itself was smooth, Shipping time was as advertised & communication was great. However, I received the wrong item. I promptly contacted the seller & prepared a package for return shipment. Seller stated they cross shipped the item with another customer & will try their best to fix the issue. Unfortunately the seller never heard back from the other customer so last resort was to issue a full refund. Needless to say, I'm completely disappointed seeing that they had a 100% rating.
