    The wheels and tyres arrived described as brand new correct but purchased as having Pirelli PZero tyres and in fact have new Michelin Latitude tyres fitted meaning I now have an odd spare wheel/ tyre on my vehicle. The delivery was described as untracked 48 hrs delivery in fact 31/2 days of staying at home awaiting delivery to be told by delivery driver he couldn’t understand I had not been given any tracking information . A long feedback not a complaint just airing my frustrations.

    We send wheels out on a pallet with a 48 hour delivery slot. Once it leaves us it’s out of our control. I could have sent tracking or even tracked it if tracking was requested. This is the first time I have heard that the wheels were late
