About us

We are a family run beekeeping business based in clean, pesticide free Balkan countryside, providing honey and bee related products - bee pollen, bee bread etc. Despite being a small country Bulgaria is one of the most suitable countries for honey production due to its diverse plant life and a temperate climate.
Our bees produce a wide range of honeys, which are cold extracted, raw and unpasteurised, only coarse filtered and 100% natural. We never expose honey to a higher temperature than would normally occur in the hive so all the natural enzymes, yeasts, proteins, flavours and aromas are preserved. As natural and sustainable product as possible.
The head beekeeper, my grand grandfather started keeping bees as a hobby many years ago and now we made it our mission to bring you our organic raw honey around at affordable prices subject to independent quality checks.
On toast, waffles, crumpets, added to yoghurt, poured over porridge, ice cream or in milkshake... it's your choice🐝
