Item arrived well packed and on time. Unfortunately the instructions were missing and the adaptor plug damaged (neither of these being something the seller would have known). Messaged the seller and promptly they emailed a copy of the instructions and resolved the broken adaptor. Have used the station to clone original 500GB hard drive on to a new SSD. Computer is back together and performance (response speed) is 1000% improved. Excellent customer service - would deal again.
