Only problem is it has holes in the base i think they're ventilation holes or something but i needed it to be waterproof as described (it is waterproof apart from the holes). Seller was very helpful and offered a return but my dog claimed it before I put it back in box 🤣 so I've kept it and she loves it, she looks nice and cozy with her bedding in.. The seller sent another in the post but it had a large dent was weakened. There was no protective packaging only a plastic bag around the buckets. Delivery was slower than expected, but this did not impact the project adversely. I will purchase again, and I hope this feedback helps the seller and the wider community.
