I received a different shape pan than the one shown so I couldn't use it. The pan seems more expensive that the one I ordered. I assume the seller sold out of the cheaper one and sent me a more expensive one in its place. I got a full refund. 10 out of 10 for trying but 0 out of 10 for the result and aggravation involved in sending it back. Next time please contact me if you need to make a substitution. I would still recommend and buy from this seller again

Great seller, 1st tube failed within a day. Contacted seller who made good without need to take time and effort to return this in my opinion makes them brilliant and worth adding to my seller list. The cost to package and return the item, fuel + time, would have made this an expensive buy in my opinion but this seller understood that and ate the failed item cost totally themselves. Did have to fit twice but rather that than remove, package, print label, post and refit also. 5star seller!

BUYER BEWARE! Be prepared to receive an item which isn't described, then be asked to return the item at your own cost. eBay naturally sided with myself as this is bad business practice, refunding me my money. KetoPlastics decided they didn't want to incur the cost of collecting the items for return and months later I received a THREATENING LETTER FROM THEM STATING THEY WILL TAKE ME TO COURT for £98.97!! Unbelievable. Shocking. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The item was the correct item, although the handles were different! We have updated the photos to reflect the manufacturer change. We were willing to pay for the return but unfortunately, you were not responding to us. eBay told us to communicate with you directly after the refund to arrange the return and you ignored us completely!
