The box had polystyrene in it however there were some light scuffs on the panels. Seller was quick to dispatch. All in all it does the job so is good value for money.

Wrong burner sent, missing parts, no protective packaging all loose in a battered ripped box and very badly damaged, totally unusable condition. The quality is complete junk. Seller offered replacement then 15% to keep it then 35%. I repeatedly requested a refund, sellers refund label only covered 2kg it weighs 5.3kg. Was forced to get ebay involved and eventually got a full refund and the correct post paid returns label. Photo1 is what you order the rest is what you get !!!!!
