    Item arrived as promised and seems of good quality, unfortunately the size was not for a Samsung Tab A9. I notified ebay and was refunded my payment and asked to print off address label to return item. I securely packed item for posting with the requested label attached, supposedly tracked. A few days later my sent package appeared on my doormat, with a Royal Mail red sticker indicating addressee unknown and address incomplete. now unable to inform seller or ebay.

    Phone case was fine when it arrived but it was too big! Filled in the returns form , sent me a QR code to post back went to the post office and the refund had already been done so I could not send the phone case back! cannot get in touch with the seller to let them know but thank you for the refund .
