  Received the package late but this isn't due to the seller and I won't hold this against them. The courier service they used is notoriously bad in this area for delivering parcels on time. Very happy with the product, better quality than what I expected, and it fits my head, unlike other caps I have tried in the past from different sellers! Packaged well, great communication, can't fault, apart from being slightly late but that wasn't the fault of the seller. Overall 5*

  Item is it great quality but is totally fit for purpose and price reflects the item. It arrived as expected and in good condition despite destroyed packaging. Seller delivered goods listed in time given. No complaints or problems. Purchase experience cannot daily so given five stars item is five stars for being as advertised at this price.

  Do not use this seller. Awful experience!! The item sent is a totally different item to the photo listing. Instead of a 'resting hand splint' I received what can only be described as an enormous stiff oven glove with a few straps hanging off it. My requested for a full refund was met with obnoxious resistance with offers that I keep the ridiculous useless item for a part refund. This was repeated several times until after my refusals a full refund was finally issued. Laundering maybe?

  I ordered a collectors item Transformers Masterpiece Laserwave and was sent a ‘Trans Sphere Defender’ model that was half the size and made of cheap plastic. Since the item was mis-sold I asked for a refund. Was offered £5 refund first, then £10 after I refused. I was issued with a full refund after several days, which is at least something.
