    I love the fact you can just order the keys straight off the number stamped into the lock. I was given a roof box mounted on bars with no keys. Problem sorted. Communication was great item tracked well packaged and posted very quickly. Frustratingly Royal Mail took a royally long time to deliver thought the tracking stopped me worrying I wasn’t going to get them. That said it is that time of year. Overall a great service

    Ordered a replacement key for our motorhome outside storage doors. The lost key opened 3 and I placed the order for an exact replacement but when it arrived it only opened 1 of the 3 doors. I messaged and was told they are only meant to fit doors, which is what I had tried to explain. No further messages from them so I will now have to re order but from someone who isn't just interested in misleading a buyer. Avoid at all costs and save yourself all the ago that comes with this seller.

    if the key open the door lock as you said the issue maybe that your locks are a little old and may have dirt inside them , we advise you to lubricate the locks and work the key in and out for a few minutes then more lubricant before working left and right , if a key opens 1 door the issue may be with your other locks needing cleaned out with lubricant
