ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME BUYING HERE. SELLER DID NOT SHIP A NEW ITEM TO ME AS LISTING DESCRIBED. THE BOX WAS HORRIBLY TORN, MANGLED AND TAPED UP EXCESSIVELY. THERE WERE CHOCOLATE STAINS ON THE BOX INDICATING THAT THESE SILICONE CUPCAKE MOLDS WERE PREVIOUSLY USED -NOT NEW- AS DESCRIBED!! I CONTACTED THE SELLER EXPLAINING WHAT I SAW WHEN I OPENED THE SHIPPING BOX. I TOLD HER IT WAS NOT NEW AND VERY OBVIOUSLY USED. THE PICTURES DON'T MATCH WITH WHAT WAS SENT. OVERALL A BAD EXPERIENCE/WASTE OF TIME!

We are amazed when buyers come on here and LIE. We sold 5 of these and all are new. Why are the other 4 buyers totally Happy? It is rare for us to sell a used product. There is no way there was chocolate on the box. It is not our fault the postal service damaged the box. we securely wrapped the item in cardboard and shipped promptly. We responded quickly when you said the box was damaged and gave you a full refund and let you keep the item. All this DRAMA over a $6.76
