I am far from happy with the seller of this item - their description says quite clearly that the spray head had a PULSE function - the model I received DID NOT.
I have written to them on two separate occasions drawing their attention to this fact but as yet they have declined to reply.
The spray head itself is good value - decent quality - easy to use and the supplier was quick to deliver.....but desperately needs to consider their customer relationship....FJC

Item arrived in new condition as advertised. When purchasing (on Wed 15th Nov 2023) I opted for the 24hour courier service as advertised at an extra £7.99..... the item arrived today (Monday 20th Nov)..... NOT within 24hours which I paid for!!! I did contact the seller on Friday but as yet, have had no response. If ordering from this seller, do NOT opt for quick delivery and make sure you do give plenty of time for delivery!
