    When it arrived it was all bent it was in a Jiffy bag which i felt wasn’t adequate I emailed them straight away and sent pictures they replied the next day they were apologetic and agreed to replace the item it arrived in box well packaged and ready to use thank you for your quick response I would use them again as they dealt with the problem efficiently and took on board what I had said about the packaging thank you

The issue was with royal mail who told me it's was on its way , it was tracked but took 5 days and,numerous times of trying to contact royal mail who kept saying nobody to accept delivery .we were in 24/7 . Product from seller brilliant. Would never use royal mail again
