  I received a totally different set of chairs to the ones shown. Absolutely not worth the price I paid ! When I emailed seller about returning them they tried telling me they were the same chair as I had ordered? Tried returning item numerous times and all failed. I have ended up taking the loss of my refund and giving the chairs away just to get them out of my sight! Will never use or recommend this seller to anyone.

  Being ignored by supplier and delivery company as they left the item on my door step but claimed they left it in my porch. Said they were going to deliver of an evening so I went out and they delivered it earlier on. Poor communication was shut down by webchat because they said it been delivered couldn't actually speak to a human its all automated messages you click on.

  Sofa was absolutely perfect and seller sent out quickly and well, but EVRI were awful and just left the big box outside the back of the communal block, didn’t even buzz me, I’m lucky it didn’t get stolen, I’ve complained to EVRI, but the seller done a great job and item was perfect 5stars plus to the seller
