    This is incorrect. You requested a refund as you stated "others are selling it cheaper" the item was advertised exactly with very clear photographs. If you haven't taken the time to look at the photos correctly before buying, that's on you.

    When clock arrived it would not work. Sent email to seller amd on apprpx 10 mins the seller had sent me a return lable. When item had been delivered back to seller. He gave me a full refund. Very good seller. Sorted.
