    CHEAP & NASTY. When a plastic toy item is delivered in an unpadded plastic bag, don’t be surprised when it arrives in pieces. What might surprise is the seller’s initial response - ‘fix it yourself’! When laughed at, seller’s second response was to offer a paltry token refund! Eventually, on third attempt, seller conceded item would have to be returned and full refund given. ‘Cheap & nasty’ might be a description suited to the item. There again ….
