Contacted seller who stated this is due to manufacturing process. Wouldn’t recommend as needed 10mm rebar and I could only use a few of the pieces. Seller said I could return but it’s a bit late now and not worth the faff. This should be on the product description. Packaging and delivery was fine but disappointing experience overall.
