  Tolle Figur, sehr selten, sicherer Versand, gut verpackt, Ware wie beschrieben. Leider musste ich bei Lieferung durch DHL noch 10,60€ Zoll zahlen. Ich verstehe die internationalen Postwege manchmal nicht: aus Japan für 5€ in fünf Tagen ohne Zollgebühren in Deutschland. Aus Kanada, Ontario, 9,30€ Versandgebühren PLUS 10,60€ Zollgebühren bei Übergabe, Dauer der Lieferung trotz schneller Versendung drei Wochen. Aber da ist der Verkäufer sicher schuldlos.

  at first i had recieved an item that was similar but not quite right, despite it being new & arriving safely. i understood after my initial review that the seller had sent the wrong one, & even then was willing to send me the right one after making sure at no extra charge, allowing me to keep the one i already had instead of me sending it back. the seller was kind as to use tracked shipping & communicate consistently.. & i appreciate the polite attitude i was met with, so truly... thank you !!!

  This just happened to be out of stock when i placed my order and right away i was advised of the delay, in my books that great customer service. Many times i had other sellers waiting for me to inquire what the holdup is, so this is stellar service really. I received the package amazingly fast too once it got shipped, and it was in pristine condition. Item was as described and i would not hesitate to purchase more collectibles from them if the urge to buy more cute figures come !
