Thankfully the tapestry itself seemed to be undamaged, even though it was repackaged by FedEx. The seller is very professional and offered to do whatever they can to make it right and to keep in touch with him in case I find any damage to the item in the future. Would buy from the seller again thanks to his excellent communication.
