Item received was quick and as description. Only problem was it snapped the day I gave it as a gift. Not the chain...the actually font part. So i contacted the seller with a picture. and they told me it's my partner's fault for playing with it. Baring in mind she is mid 30s and this item was a necklace. Due to the fact they blamed me the customer straight away. I lost all confidence in the replacement they offered and they would not send a refund. Totally disappointed with the item and seller.
