The courier arrived downstairs, however refused to bring the bed up to the 4th floor where my address is, he then placed the items in the lift and just left them outside my door. When I asked him to place them in the flat, he said he would do it for £20, obviously I refused and he left the large heavy items outside of my flat for me to carry inside with no help.

Bed arrived with no headboard. Dirty mark's on the side and a hole in the side board. When it finally arrived, bed doesn't go together correctly. Photos sent. Told that I needed to move plates to the correct place. Would not recommend.
