  Item arrived missing the stated cartridge. The D-pad up button is faulty and unresponsive, with a sticker on the back admitting the issue, yet it was never mentioned in the description. It's beyond frustrating to receive a defective product with no warning. Clearly, this seller has no regard for honesty or quality control. I feel completely misled and ripped off.   The condition was worse then described, I contacted the seller about this and didn't hear anything back. I'm disappointed in my purchase because I would have given it a second though buying if I knew the full extent of the condition the item was in.
