    I put in an offer that was accepted and received the goods a few days later, very well packaged but after opening the package (large roller suitcase) i found one of the cases wheels shattered in bits inside the packing box, it was packed in bubble wrap and strong cardboard to,.I can only guess it was damaged in transit, anyway i contact the seller who instantly refunds me £10 (the cost of 2 new wheels) which i bought off amazon, fantastic customer service and greatfully apreciated ,.
