  Product bought at a decent price and duly delivered in a decent time. Interestingly the box was neatly folded flat presumably to ensure there'd be no problem putting it through a letterbox plus the box would be in decent condition if needed. A nice little touch.

  Wrong item sent then had to wait on new item and take the wrong item to post office to post back to seller.. Not even a sorry or thank you.. I asked would I get any discount for my trouble was told yes when she received it back... I could have kept wrong item which was more money than what I bought but was honest ..having to wait double the time just think I was owed something.. seller has poor customer service and no manners shwa just ignored me!!!! Wish I had of just cancelled sale&got elsewer

  Buyer was advised she would get a discount for her trouble but the return came back to me whilst on holiday. Was a genuine error that the wrong item was sent. By the time i've come to sorting the discount the buyer has already left negative feedback.
