    The wrong item (HDMI rather than VGA) was sent and unfortunately by the time I'd contacted the seller there was no further stock left of the item I'd ordered. The seller was however very quick to respond and apologetic. A full refund was given and the seller let me keep the item that was sent in error. Mistakes do happen and I'd use the seller again given the courteous way they resolved the issue. Thanks.
