    The cooker was even better than I thought. The condition was fantastic. I got a slightly different cooker than listed in the picture. Advertised as an AEG but a Zanussi was delivered. For me this was even better and was a little shorter so matched the one I was replacing. The delivery was excellent too. Would highly recommend the company and their products. Couldn't get a better value cooker. 5*

    Very good communication from the seller and also the delivery company. I was kept informed all the way. The washing machine was described as new but with varius marks and dents, which was reflected in the price. You need to look really carefully as marks are not noticeable and I couldn't find any dents. Very pleased and would recommend this company

    The seller wanted to make a delivery sooner than scheduled but I could not be there in time however I was able to reschedule and tried many calls and messages to arrange delivery slot that they wanted but I received no returned calls or messages until then next week, obviously too late by then. I complained to them about this and was fobbed off, they blamed me! The delivery took place,item was much more worn than described but I took it because I had arranged a plumber to fit. I'm unhappy /angry

Such items may have minor signs of handling, including to the feet—this does not indicate previous domestic use. From the outset, you advised you wished to keep the appliance but wanted a partial refund; however, the item was accurately described and priced according to its grading. Regarding delivery, we attempted to bring your order sooner as a courtesy.
